Nara's cancellation and refund policy for Events & Courses is as follows:Cancellations (email to admin@nara.org.uk) received 30 days or more before the event – Full Refund; 14 – 29 days – Voucher in the full amount valid for 12 months for any other Nara Event or Course; less than 14 days – no refund.
All cancellation must be made in writing.
In the event a delegate cannot attend but wishes to send a colleague in their place, 48 hours notice is requested.
